I posted awhile ago.. geez. I wish I came on SG more often, but my internet is SUPER slow a lot of the time, and nothing ends up loading. I haven't been able to view a complete set in a LONG time.
I had a job interview today at an accessory store, and I'm supposed to go back for a second interview this afternoon. I also stopped by Second Cup (I forgot my dinner from last night's shift in the fridge), got my paycheque.. you know, working at Second Cup is growing on me, but its way to confusing dealing with my boss, catty coworkers, and I'm tired of my hours never adding up correctly. So i dunno, if I get hired at this other store, I guess I'll quit Second Cup.
Sorry for rambling on about that.
uh.. You know, I'm just really happy to be at home. I'm doing laundry, had some lunch, changing the sheets on my bed... I feel like I haven't really been at home that much in the last month or so. I think it was part of me "recovering" from my break up (not much to recover from, really, but..). I just wanted to keep as busy as possible, I opened myself to the possibility of going out to parties and the bar. I'm sure my best friend really liked that But I dunno, I really just feel like staying home, spending time by myself, doing some sewing or reading. The weather's also been pretty weird lately... VERY rainy.
I'm dying to go shopping, but my bank account tells me otherwise.. XD I'm really poor (at least until I cash my next paycheque, which probably won't be till Monday). I almost couldn't pay rent (but then I discovered I had $100 cash in my dresser). I'm also pretty sure my time on EI is almost up, so I'm feeling a bit like I should hustle on getting a job I enjoy with more hours.
I have a HUGE list of stuff I want to do this summer, but summer is already upon me D: I'm not doing so well with getting a headstart on these things. And I want to have a sweet summer wardrobe too, which is proving difficult because I like too many styles, and I'm not sure how to mix them. I'm also lacking in awesome skirts to wear, so I'm hoping to sew some.. I'm just tired of my usual tshirt and jeans look.
In general I'm needing some inspiration. I also want to follow through with my ideas for personal projects of mine, but asking people to volunteer themselves for them is a bit intimidating.
