Assist Active Marketing Group's Account Team in researching and identifing Youth Sports organizations (Soccer/Baseball/Softball Leagues, teams and tournaments), Parks and Recreation facilities and Scouting organizations, Nationwide.
Position available: 30 hours a week for approximately 3-4 months
Responsibilities:
* Research Leagues/Teams/Organizations for promotional outreach
* Utilize sales skills while contacting Leagues/Teams/Organizations
* Negotiate access to League/Team/Organization participants where applicable
* Keep an accurate and detailed account of:
o Calls/contacts attempted
o New Clients
o Clients who declined participation
o Materials sent to client
o Client statistics (i.e. participants, events, schedules, etc.)
o Conversation details
Requirements:
* Some college experience preferred
* Strong communication skills
* Strong understanding of online research
* Creative thought process
* Sales experience (is a plus)
* Basic understanding of MS Excel
* Sports background (is a plus)
* Must be well spoken and comfortable on the phone
