It's amazign how busy you can get..

Ok.. so my roomate didn't pay rent this month. He's been in NY since October and paying the rent from there. But, I kept askign him if he wanted me to rent out his room and said no... so who's falut is it. Well he also owes me like $800... doubt I'll see any of it...

So I freaked... thought about breakign my lease and moving out on my own immediately. But I went looking at apts. In North Park, Hillcrest, and University Heights...

NP is cool, but the apt complex's were shit.. they all looked like no-tel-motel's turned into apts. The nicest location of the 20 I looked at was on 5th and Arbor by the hospital just off Washington... but it was the worst looking complex that I saw all night...

sooooooooooooooo I decided to respond to the 3 people interested in the room I have available... I'm hoping that it works out. My lease expires in June, SO it will give me time to really look for the perfect place.


Anyone know any nice 1br's in Hillcrest, Mission Hills, University Heights, maybe Bankers Hill and possibly North Park (preferably North of El Cajon and West of the 805) for $800???

you've checked on craigslist? That's where I found a couple of my places.. Bankers hill is cool. The cheapest I've seen in Hillcrest is $950. But i'm usually around that area on sundays. If I see anything, I will let you know.

Good luck.. and that sucks about your roommate. Yeah, get the hell outta that...
