WOW... had a great practice last night.. all my sensei had good stuff to say, and commented positively on my progression. My hits were clean, my distance was good and my Fumikomi is getting much better.... wow my arms are tired...

anyway.. so, I have a huge recap to write..

and oh sorry to those I promised to post my records for sale... I keep forgetting by the time I get home.. hopefully tonight, but i really wanna go out for drinks tonight...
