Well, I am sorry you took it that way. My second post was in response to two people, one of whom clearly said "fuck you" while the other insinuated that I was trying to dominate a group for my own selfish reasons. I worded my response a little more strongly because I was attacked.
As for the first post, I am still unclear as to what offended you. I am simply culling the people who don't participate, that is the only standard. I was up front and to the point so that no one would think it didn't apply to each and every person in that group. I'm sorry if you took it as a personal judgement.

i finally got around to doing the mc cleanse thing. i am at the end of day 3. this morning i felt horrible! i was all dizzy and i could make myself get out of bed, but once i got going it was ok. hopefully tomorrow i will be over that hump.
