okay, time for a happier entry.

did 16.32+ miles yesterday. am the Wo. doing a shorter walk today, about 2miles less.

woke up early this morning, so am slowly getting around... the more i exercise the less sleep i need. energy levels are cranking up. is nice, but sometimes annoying.

am supposed to be in paris, but post-poned my trip as i was feeling pretty down friday night (when i was supposed to fly out) and still feel a little that way. i wouldn't have enjoyed it to the max, so i put it off to when i hopefully will.

time to get back to munching my breakfast apple and reading the web, i can't type and eat.
