I saw your review on the SG directory of my business.
First of all, I would like to apologize for what happened. I did not recieve any correspondence from you. I'm assuming that you also did not recieve my final email to you with the details from Canada Post about your package (at the time it was delayed at the border and would be on track). They refunded me the postage amount.
Because I did not hear from you subsequently, I assumed you recieved your order (as so often is the case when I put a track on packages). It has been a long time and I no longer have the records of the transaction.
I apologize for the situation - I am willing to do what you'd like to make this right in your eyes.
Again, please accept my most sincere apologies. I take my reputation very seriously and wouldn't want anyone to feel scammed or ripped off by me.
