I am buying a house today in Portland Oregon. I think that means i am a permanent resident here. Responsibility sucks but being able to build a proper studio is going to rule. That is all I have today.

Ahhh congrats on that. We did the same thing in PDX. I went crazy and painted every room red and black.... and planted a garden oh the things you'll find that you want to do that you never thought you would want to do before.... Anyway. Congrats on that.
