The parking lot is empty, and we've got reason to believe that it was the mole people that made it this way. No one's tried to test the theory just yet, because we theorized that if we did, the mole people would retaliate in grander fashion. Soon it would be more than just parking lots and mini-malls that turn up empty, they'll take us all before we even know it. So will I be the first to test my theory? I think not, I just took out another student loan and I can hardly pay it back if my skull's been eaten by the denizens of the subterranian world.
