so! the people that live in the apartment above me are crazy... the guy was arrested yesterday... i dont know what for... and on the same day my power went out and hasnt been back on since... so i'm at work right now... my boyfriend called me to tell me that the police and the fire department are both at my house with the landlord.... apparently the landlord has been trying to evict them... he cut off THEIR power the same day mine went out... interesting... so they went into their garage to look at the breakers... and they have been stealing MY power... and the woman that lives upstairs has locked herself inside and wont come out... lovely... so i'm leaving work early to see what the fuck is going on... i'm PISSED! how could these people take advantage of me like that?! how could they steal my fucking power... fucking losers... i swear i am going to pound on that bitches door and tell her to get her bitch ass out of there so i can punch her in her fucking ugly face...
