Ha-ha! I's be back, BITCHES!!!! Can't get rid of the ol' Ruca THAT easily!!! hehehe, I am as giddy as a twelve year old school girl with a crush and hoped up on Pixie stix straight to the nose!!!!!

Nah, but for real, gotta give a shout out to my mad-fucking-rad BEST freind Menace. He knows how to take care of a home girl!!!! Werd.

So, what goodies did santa bestow upon my freinds who celebrate the ol christmas? And how about those of you who celebrate Chaunuka (sp?)? get anything notable? Me, well, I got two really AWESOME things. One being an amazing new...boyfreind. That's right, did ya'll think I could stay in the dating pool for long? Not this one. I get too.....antsy, yeah, that's the word, antsy.

So, yes, besides the romance, I also got the band Cream's live BBC sessions on cd. What a great fucking album! I think my fave, and what might even be incorporated into a new tattoo is the song "Born under a bad sign". It's funny because not only do I have a crush on a 20 or 30 year old picture of the band's drummer, Ginger Baker (yes, I hve a thing for red heads, so sue me!?!?!) but also some of the commentary that Eric Clapton makes during his interviews while performing on Top of The Pops (for those of you who don't know, that is an age old, and I believe still running, English/BBC program kinda like our soul train, though directed usually more towards rock acts. Ok, so more like American Bandstand...) Well, so what struck me so during the interviews is when he talks about the title track from their album "Wrapping Paper". Basically, Clapton talks about how they had wanted that album to be something different from what they were doing, perhaps trying to convey that they werent just some "blues rock band". Well, in my humble opinion, if it aint broke, hunny, dont fix it! I mean, seriously, and not that I don't like the Beatles, but "Wrapping Paper" sounds very Beatles-esque. It is a shame that they felt, and brifly might I add, that they needed to conform to that sound at that time to make some kind of mark. I mean, Clapton is a blues man, and I believe that Cream is probably one of the greatest English blues rock bands to come out of that era. Hands down. wink

So, come on guys, fill me in!!! What's been new!!?!?!? kiss
