On a Friday night you will cuddle with me on the couch and tell me how perfect everything is when you are with me. We look into each others eyes and i realize that your the first person in a long time that has been able to put a no bull shit smile on my face. We have done this for the past year and now we talk of marriage and being happy together for a long time to come. We go upstairs and we make love with the same intensity and passion as the first time because for me it still burns that way for you.....
Later i find out that you spent your Saturdays with him. Telling him that i meant nothing to you, that me and you are not even that close. You tell him that he is the one for you and you want to have his child. You tell him that you felt sorry for me because i was lonely when we met and that is why you hang out with me so much. I work with him. Other people that we work with have known this was going on and laugh at me. I did nothing but love you and help you. i took care of your dog that you love so much when you were gone for school. i was there to help you with your promotion for work when he wouldn't. I was there for everything you told me you needed me to be there for you. It wasn't enough for you. i feel like a fool and i will never trust again. you spit on me and ill never know why. the worst part is that the love just doesn't go away.
