I have a room for rent in my Vancouver 2 bedroom suite. Rent is $475/month & available June 1st . Damage deposit is $225.00. Im looking for someone to rent the room for June, July, August, September and possibly into the winter.

It's located near Main & 16th in Mount Pleasant, near 2 major bus routes & a short ride to the skytrain station. You can walk to everything you want or need.

This furnished room includes a twin daybed, side table, 2 lamps, desk, chair, TV & book shelf. It has a large closet, it's bright in the day and cable/internet is available in the room. Rent is $475/month and includes hydro, water, cable, internet & heat. You must provide your own towels and linens. You would also have use of a nicely equipped kitchen and a patio. Bathroom is shared.

You would be male or female, a nonsmoker, like cats (I have 2), clean, responsible, calm and be employed or a student.

I'm a UBC student, teacher and I work from home in an artistic field. I don't party at home, I'm up early on weekdays and I'm very busy.

i KNOW.... man, being a dog owner in the downtown core sure creates a bunch of hardcore beliefs.

Like, ALWAYS keep your dog on a leash unless you are in an offleash area.

PICK UP after your dog. No exceptions.

Oh how I could go on and on and on.....
