Well I survived New Years Eve. I managed to do it by staying home, making dinner with friends & watching the first season of the BBC series The Office. It is a very funny show. I was feeling rather crappy so I decided to take it easy instead of going out & consuming vodka at some club or party. School starts tomorrow so I have to adjust to getting up early

The Office is just rediculously funny. It sounds like the perfect way to spend NYE.
Have you heard of Peter Kay's Phoenix Nights. That's also amazing British comedy (sometimes a little hard to understand, though.) Another one to watch out for, is Little Britain. Utter hilarity.
Hope 2005 is treating you well so far..
However, at this point in time, the bad guy role may be too fully entrenched over there in the other camp, and no matter what it will never fully end up over here.
