The movers lost my mattress & boxspring among other things. How does one lose something that big?
They also managed to put a large cigarette burn hole in my couch. Here's a pic.......

man, i really hope there is a way you can get your stuff back.

as for the couch... are they offering to repair it.. or can you get them in some legal shit?

The best thing to do when you move is to SELL EVERYTHING...and start anew. If you don't you will pay for things like this. Really, uprooting ones life should be done in a Bhuddist sort of way....Scortched earth policy rules.
