Woo ha!

Last night I did the twist with a cowboy called Quincy.

We went to a local bar in Roundrock, Texas called....'the pub'. It was just a box in the middle of nowhere (everything here is the shape of a box) with a bunch of motobikes outside which apparently belong to 'the jesters'.

Oh my god, I laughed so much. It was kareoke night and it was funny as fuck. All these hillbillys n cowboys crooning country n western songs. And then Quincy who was like 'the dude' went up on stage and started dancing like Michael Jackson and singing 'Word Up'.

I danced the twist with him and afterwards he leaned towards me and in his Texan drawl said 'young lady, if you keeep on dancin' like that, I'm gonna have to buy you a fur coat'...

Not too much tea round here.

Yesterday I had fried chicken, biscuits (like our scones) mashed potato and gravy (which is not like ourngravy at all. Its thick and white and gloopy. But rather nice).

Tonight I am going to De La Soul! Woo ha!

Whats everyone else been up to? Whats happening on the othe side of the world?

I mix electronica, nothing specific, teckno, house, trance, electro, but I feel those labels don`t do the music justice. its just a mix, with some quiet bits, some dancey bits too.

I so want to go to San Fran. Are there lots of Pot Heads there like me?smile

Ooooo that is startting to feel better, I have no idea where this fury has come from, probably just waiting until I had the time to do it properly. Still much as I want to hit things with sticks another chap has come along to make me feel like a princess, only very short term due to my move, but it's nice, maybe I won't be single for ever. How was burning man? everything and more?
