Theoretically we have both here in Brazil, but that doesn't mean they work good enough to supply the population. However, as a former teacher, I'd go with quality free education.

We don't really celebrate any here, but Halloween sounds much more fun.

Android, couldn't get used to iOS.

Like both, but I'd go with meat.

Stripes. Polka dots are a little visually disturbing for me
