Ooooooooohh - today was spent being the most hungover I've been in a couple years.
Managed to stave off the black cloud of death somewhat by sleeping right in until 2.45 today, but by early evening it had caught up with me. I had to persuade myself to go up the road for supplies. Used the carrot of going to the 7/10 - but sadly they didn't have what I needed, so spent an embarrassing hour trundling through the suburb in hangover clothes. (You know - the first thing that you grab out of your closet that looks okay... in the dark of the closet.) Ooooooooohhh....
That's what two work Christmas parties in as many days does to you. I clearly haven't learnt my lesson as yet, though - I'm enjoying a glass of vino right now. Nothing like a lil' belated hair of the dog!
