Walking down the street feeling like a tourist, fitting in some ways, but totally on the outer in others?
After 2 1/2 years in this place, I realise I have exactly two friends in my suburb, and a couple of aquaintences.
I've always wished I could have a coterie of close friends to hang out with, like in T.V. shows.
Melbourne's been calling me for some time now. Is it selfish to leave everyone, my inter-suburban friends, family, lifestyle? The clipped-wing feeling isn't a pretty one.
Took up smoking again this week. It hasn't been pretty.
