It wasn't a good idea to stay up all night and expect to be in tip-top shape for work.. it definately wasn't a good idea to stuff myself to my limits with cookies and milk and hour and half before I was due at work.
At this point it is obvious what happened to me. All my energy was wiped out as soon as my stomach was full, and I got really sleepy which brings us to mistake number three: I took an hour nap. When I woke up, my head was aching and my stomach was/is not stable. I was sent home after three hours of work, because I felt all pukey :/ Nooooo more cookies. I am glad that I don't have to work tomorrow.
