I have decided to swear off fast food for a month, and broaden my eating habits. This is going to be hard. I feel as though I have become addicted to In N Out and Farmer Boys. I am thinking if I can last a month, then maybe I will just stay away from it all together. There really isn't a point to it any more. I have been living on a fast food diet for years, and I am just now become appalled with myself. So, I am going to make my own meals, carry sack lunches, and only eat at restaurants (when home cooking isn't an option.) Also, I am adding a lot more fruits and vitamins to the menu.
The only good thing about me being so picky is that at least I don't care for a lot of sweets and junk food, so I won't be missing out on too much.
Bleh, there is no Ruby friendly food in this house, so I am going to hit the market.

real soon, i promise. nay, i swear i'll be back. i used to eat fast foods all the time too. not too healthy.

I misread the first line of your journal - twice - I thought you wrote you were swearing off food; I thought, hmmm, that's strange, but happily I was wrong and you're only swearing off fast food. Next thing we know you'll be jumping the fence and joining us veggies. Yay!
