shirt or really short skirt!?


i just bought this "shirt" and im not sure how to wear it!? i love the fact that if a big gust of wind comes along- my bum will show

im sorry i havent been very active, the past 2 weeks have been crazy!! i got this INCREDIBLE job offer- outta the blue, and ive been running from meetings to inerviews!! yesterday i had to do a super tough French test!! eeeek j'ai peur!!! i will keep you posted!!! this could be REALLY great for me!!
