Go into update like you're writing a journal, at the top left of the screen you'll see where to load in a profile pic.
Just save the picture file you want to use on your computer where you know where it is, and use the browse button to find the file. click change pic and your done.
If it's one of your pics that's in your "pics" here on SG it should already be the right size. Your pictures are very good by the way, you're very attractive
