Roxy's simple life:

Walk slow in the rain and enjoy it- it's the only truly fresh water (unless you melt an iceberg).

Take the time to notice the stars and moon at night- be happy that we are able to understand what the universe entails and rejoice in the surprises we have yet to discover.

If you ever get depressed...think about all that you have done in your life so far, all the places you have been to, all the people you have had the honor to know.

Let yourself laugh at funny dogs.

Take a moment to really enjoy the fact that even on a crowded, hot, bus that a little kid will allow themselves to play.

There are plenty of things wrong with this world and it's people...it's ok to stop contemplating it all and take time to enjoy yourself now and then.

Showers feel good.

Brushing your hair feels great.

Sex and intimacy are glorious things.

Sleep in sometimes.

Stay up really late sometimes.

Get up early to watch the sunrise sometimes.

Color like you are 5 years old sometimes.

Walk barefoot in the grass sometimes...and then sit down.

Remember how fun a simple picnic is.

be happy that you are not a cowboy with hemorrhoids!

Life is really as simple and lovely as you make it.
