So, I went to the doctor today to figure out why my incision isn't healing...yep the one down there....
She looked at me about a month ago, which by that time was 6 weeks after Aidan was born, and saw that I was swollen and sore. My stitches have dissolved but the incision is not completely closed up yet. She suggests I take 2 baths a day...now if you have a baby you can sympathize..it's nearly impossible to take one bath a day let alone two. Anyway, I go back in today (its 10 weeks now) and she takes a look...
seems as though there is extra skin growing inside the incision...not good. It's preventing me from healing correctly.
So she numbed me up (yea a shot of anything in the puter...not good) and proceeded to CUT AND SLICE away the extra tissue. WHAT THE FUCK!!!!! can you say OUCHIE! yeah it hurt just a little bit...I was almost on the verge of tears, fainting and screaming obsenitites all at once..and I couldn't stop shaking. The nurse had to take the baby out of the room because I was starting to upset him....and that in turn was upsetting me more.
I have to go back to see her in two weeks to see if it's healing properly.
