I'm kinda sport-in girl, i like to walk daily not less than 10000 steps, doing yoga daily for 30 minutes and 2-3 times a week going to gym for kardio! It's a habit and helps me to feel concentraion and health! The strange thing that i really don't like sport-games, i'm so bad in it and i really don't like to competite😇 Even doing sets or bloging - i'm doing it because of passion and interest, not because i want to win something!
