This year, I really am not fond of Christmas. I'm depressed and annoyed.

I didn't get anything because my mom is poor, but I really don't mind that at all. However, I did spend $100 on my six year old brother, and loaned my mom $110 to spend on him. I've also loaned her $30 for food, cigarettes, etc. That's $140 that she owes me, that's for rent. And it's not looking like I'll be getting that back. Damnit. This always happens with my mom when I visit.

To top it all off, I haven't gotten a single thank you for any of it. If not for me, my brother would've gotten nothing for Christmas whatsoever. Nothing. And no thank you. Plus she's bragging to the family about all of the stuff that she bought him. No thank you, no recognition. I probably shouldn't care, but I just feel slighted. And broke. I gave her all the money in my wallet.

When I get into LA, I won't be able to afford a cab or shuttle home, and rent's going to be really hard to scrape together.

YAY FAMILY!!
