Depression sucks.

It ruins relationships, it ruins friendships, it ruins work... And it's already been doing it's job.

I'm sorry to you, and I'm sorry to myself.

I'm unhappy right now. *sigh*

I've battled depression on an off for a long time. It would always get to a point were I would lay in bed not giving a shit and not wanting to do a damn thing. A lot of it was alcohol based when I look back on it now. But there's not much you can do besides force yourself to go do things. Activity has a tendancy to help break the cycle. Good luck and hang in there rockstar.
