All last week it was so beautiful outside. The sky was brilliant blue, the sun was shining, it was gorgeous. And I was all overcast on the inside, all rain and tears and pain. Then today, for the first time in a week, the sun has broken through my clouds, just a bit. There's a ray of sunshine, a spark of hope. Yet outside the skies are boiling and the clouds have broken, and you can't tell what time of day it is and you're wet in a block.

There was a week "off", and now, there's going to be a week "on". I'm not entirely sure what that means really. But I know that it means he's not gone from me yet. And I know that it means I have a week to show him that a week is just not long enough.

I don't feel like we're back together after a break. I feel renewed, I feel like this is completely different, I feel closer and more in touch with my emotions and his than I ever have.

So, I smile a little smile, and frown a little frown. Things feel great, but it's only a test run for a week, so I'm still a little scared...
