Hi.

Surgery went fine, they fixed a small tear in my meniscus and removed my prepatellar bursa. Weeee!

I'm now in an enormous brace that goes from my thigh to my ankle, and I have to use crutches to get around. It hasn't been easy. I can't drive, I can't shower (yay baby wipes and kitchen sink!), I can't do much except sit on the couch with my leg up on a chair alllll daaaaaaay. I have no idea what I would've done without Mr. macbastard staying here and totally taking care of me for the past five days!

But... I'm so bored!! I want to go out and do something!

The pain isn't so bad, it's been getting better by the day. Also, they gave me lots of vicodin, so that obviously helps. It's pretty much always in my system in some amount.

I go on Tuesday to get my sutures removed and talk to the doctor about recovery and whatnot.

Thank you so much for all the well wishes I'd respond to every person, but sitting in my computer chair is actually really uncomfortable! But I thought you at least deserved to know that I'm alive
