Birthday has came and gone.
Spent the day with my love and then he took me to see The Who at the hollywood bowl....it was effing wonderful.
Today, I spent the day with mom. We went shopping, like we usually do for my birthday. Got some new boots and pretty new dressies. Now i'm tired.
The past couple weeks have been insane. Well, for me anyway. I got used to doing nothing. Now it seems I've been constantly on the go (except for sundays)
I was cleaning Tom's house before I got the new job. I worked the Monday before Halloween, and on Halloween, I worked an 11 hour day, Wendesday I got the new job and the car (buying a car is hard work, especially when you have to drive to inglewood in bumper to bumper traffic to get your dad's signature on papers before you can take the car home).
I've been making it a point to spend more time with my Grandparents, because they really do a lot for me, and when they're gone, I won't be able to live with myself if I know that I could've done more for them....and that is tireing. I mean, five minutes with them and I have to fight the urge to go to the back room and fall asleep. I need to work on that.
Saturday, I was an hour and a half late for work.....I open the coffee shop at 7 am on saturdays. So I have to be there by six to get everything ready. I got there at 7 30. There were about 10 people waiting for me outside. All regulars. They were just happy to see me. People need their caffine. Pretty much, I was fucked all day....constantly behind. And completely scattered. I'm a space cadet sometimes. It's not good.
Then, I had to go to the Grandparents' again cause it was grandpa's birthday. Dad was there, so that was nice.
I called Uncle Dino and wished him a happy birthday too.
Sunday, we relaxed. I missed my own birthday party at my Aunts house. I'm a little bummed about that, but she said i can make it up to her on friday. I just couldnt miss The Who.
Yesterday, I did laundry and visited Grandparents again....had to get my birthday presents
My Dad left a nice card with 45 dollars and 19 cents in it. I got a kick out of that.
Tonight, I will probably attend some meetings and then, hopefully, watch episode 6 of Battlestar Gallactica....
yes, i'm a fracking nerd, love me........or frack off.
I just don't know what I want to do now. Go home and sleep, stay here and wait for my brother to get home from school.....well, those are really my only two options i guess. I do have a ton of laundry to put away.
Can i exchange a target gift certificate for cash? I need a belt. Target doesnt have em.
