Ooh some things get my goat!
One - Too much bloody beauracry at work. We're meant to do the right thing by the community. Which we're happy to do. But go ahead and do it and then be totally over ruled without good reason? Bah...
Two - Lack of communication in the company. Today I'm being told how I do an aspect of my job is 'wrong' because members of another team do it differently. Oddly, talking to the majority of that team they also do it 'wrong' yet those doing it 'wrong' and those doing it 'right' have similar quality scores. That makes no sense to me, at all.
I would just like it so if something was decided everyone is told. Hell I have to do a hellova lotta things in a manner I believe is wrong but I do it, fair enough. What I would like is to be told how to do it, whether I disagree or not. Potential quality, hence my pay could be severely affected here afterall.
Three - General bitchiness from a select few. It ain't needed so just don't.
Four - Ok I can't think of a forth, I'm not usually incensed this much....
