Well, I am in Ventura for the weekend - visiting my dad. I came here with no real plans of where to go or who to see, but the one I did make with an old co-worker seems to be falling through. The most irritating part about it is that he hasn't even called to cancel. I want to go to Neptune's Net (Seafood Shack), alone or with someone, but I can't go until I know whether or not he is going to flake. I don't want to drive all the way there, get there, and then have him tell me that he won't drive there. Damn lazy people...

ANYWAY... I had my car washed at a local place - the line was HUGE.. Honestly, I've never seen it that long before. I have to admit though, they are the best around so it's good to see that they are getting more business. Shitty part is, all the teenage surfer types are being replaced by non-english speaking types so it's difficult to walk them through spots they missed without having to grab the towel and do it yourself What country are we in again ?

Bleh... anyway! The weather down here is fantastic... Wait.. I just looked outside, black clouds are rolling in.. %$%k!! Well, I better go get some shots of Shasta before she gets all dirty again!!
