Ok, from a mainstream movie kind of gal - I REALLY enjoyed "The Decent"..

The commercials look gay as hell BUT I was on the edge of my seat for most of the movie and that has not happened since I was like 12! Of course, I'm closterphobic and am uneasy when it comes to pure dark which might make me more vunerable to the suspense in the movie but I was going crazy! I swear, I was like "Ok, I need a breather... Can the directors take a break yet?!??" I am exhausted now from getting so into it, it's weird!

Now I'm going to say that the plot isn't predictable because, like most movies, it some what is BUT the deaths are what keep you on the edge.. Even guys were exclaiming out of surprise while their girlfriends were screaming, it was HILARIOUS! Me.. I'm a silent scared person, my heart jumps.. I sit still and maybe bite my lip. heh.

Anyway, if you're tastes are similar to mine and you LIKE horror movies - see it! If you don't care for horror movies or tend to avoid mainstream flicks - DONT! I don't want to be blamed for anyone feeling like they wasted $8 at the theatre *shrugs*
