Hello ladies and jellyspoons.
I went to bed last night about 10:15, and slept like a baby. I forgot to set my alarm, and so I didn't even wake up till I am supposed to leave the house. Thankfully my pants were clean, though, and I just sortof ran out the door. I made it to school with plenty of time to get my daily tea and oatmeal.
Yum.
Talked to a good friend last night. She was so scared that my view of her would change. Silly Rabbit.
Read your journals today. It seems that I am not the only one that is down. Everyone's journal seems to be about how mean people have been lately and how shitty they feel about the world they live in. Sad.
When I was walking to my first class, I noticed that hardly anyone was talking. Usually the campus is riddled with little conversations, laughter, and noise. But today everyone seemed to move with the same silent sadness. As if the sickness of spirit was an airborne disease. I hope these next 4 years don't break us completely.
Everyday I look around and see more and more hate.
Has anyone ever seen the Care Bears Movie? The old one? A boy named Nicholas sucks all the caring from the world...trying to make others feel the same hatred that they battered him with. Silly kids movie, but sad and dark at the same time. I feel like this movie is a slightly unnerving parallel to our own society right now.
And we don't have any fluffy bears to save us. ♥

If this is the same rabbit I think you're talking about, then yes, she is quite silly...but also very beautiful, intelligent, and funny. We are lucky to have witnessed such beauty in this sometimes ugly world.
