Good day...good day.
I woke up this morning feeling slightly less pathetic. I could actually breathe and made it out of bed before 9. I talked to Red for a bit and then chilled for the rest of the day..doing laundry and resting up.
Does anyone else get really exausted/tired when you start to feel better? It's almost like your body has fought a battle and now that the bad guys are on the run, it needs to stop and catch its breath.
When Rob got home, we decided to go up to the mall just to hang and check out the shops. On the way there I had a REALLY bad panic attack. But not like the ones I usually get. This one made me mad...like REALLY mad...I took a Zanex, but for about the first 15 minutes walking around I felt the almost uncontrollable urge to punch people....
Nice huh?
So then we ate at Zoopa's (Yea, that Zoopa's) and then came home. I am still dressed...What's funny is that even though I really didn't do much, I feel exhausted! *sigh*
Rob's car broke down (again) so we have to take it into the dealership this next week to have them look at it. He had an uber-shitty week, but it's over now. Red went out with some friends tonight...I hope she has fun. She sure as shit deserves it!

Sounds like you had a "mad" attack.
Nah, that's pretty much the normal reaction. That's how I feel in christmas shopping time in a crowded mall.
Are you a vegan? Or do you just have a thing for vegan chocolate cake?
