rottensockets

So I actually have something somewhat interesting to type about...
My store (the store I work in), got vandalized last night. I work for Starbucks, and there are a few little Ma and Pa coffee shops in town that really care nothing for us, but whomever did this seemed to care quite a bit. They smashed out all our front windows with a baseball bat and wrote something like "Fuck Corporate Greed" across the front of the store with big black letters.
It was so interesting to see something like this in the side of this town that's filled with 16 year olds driving more expensive cars that my father will ever own. This is like, the yuppy side of town, and there's about 7-8 more Starbucks in our little valley, it's not like we were a real target.
I guess the five guys who did were already caught though, because we have a bakery next door. The Bakers come in during the buttcrack of the night to begin cookin', I guess the vandals were doing this around 2AM, and the baker got a full description,called the cops and they've got 'em now.
It's strange to me though they thought process of some people. That by smashing the windows of one little store, they think they're going to actually effect someone other than themselves. This is nothing to a corparation like the bucks. It's sad.
..... but at least I got the day off!
