I've never owned a gun in my life, and I doubt I ever will. I still kind of felt like I was getting a new car when they issued me that carbine. Lots of bells and whistles, etc.

Everytime I have to disassemble/re-assemble it though, I kind of feel like OJ's character from the Naken Gun movie when he puts together 50 parts to make some freakish super gun. At some point I expect the barrel will come with a fitted vibrating toothbrush. surreal
