I just got back from the DMZ. Its a completely different world up there. We were sleeping in tents and all around our compound were freaking mine fields. The mentality of the troops up there is so different too. It pretty much revolves around drinking and fighting. Even when theyre not mad at each other their kicking each others asses.

Thanks for the support you guys. Though I wish I was as enthusiastic about the military as I used to be. I see all the places we're involved in and all the money we piss away. I watched Adaptation last night. Wow, what a great movie. Nicolas Cage was great. But, it really disappointed me when the ending turned into this huge Hollywood thing. I mean murders, deaths, and carwrecks? They took a great movie that was character driven and filled with emotion and degenerated it into a thriller.
