There was a man who claimed to be a "Buddha", roughly translated into English as "one who sees, knows, and will not hesitate to go on about it at great length, even when not talking."

This man said, on more than one occasion (and with the overarching suggestion that we pay special attention to the pattern of repetition) that two groups were "as rotten seeds that shall bear no fruit."
(Which is a kind way of saying pitiable souls who could never hope to amount to anything more than a miserable bodhisattva and who would not ever escape this cruel form.)
