So on friday i sang 6 songs at karaoke.. surely thats some kind of record. None of which were solo's though, i'm just in it for the free shots and free entry to the club next door.
Highlights were Enrique - Hero and Busted - Air Hostess.
I love singing.. i think people should keep me away from karaoke. Just give me free shots NOT to sing. Sounds a much better deal to me.
I'm getting sick of working on saturdays with a hangover. The hangover is my fault but just dont put me in on a saturday.. its not that much to ask is it?

There was this woman in the shop who just single handedly destroyed the boot floor. We have all the sale shoes in stacks and she just ruined them all. Her kids knocked over some more and she and her fatness (trust me.. she was a large lady) sat on the bench pushing it backwards a few times and knocked over the boxes behind her. GET OUT MY STORE!
then she came back in later and complained she'd been charged 5 too much on some shoes when Ian who'd served her gave her a pair of socks (9.99) for free!
When i was explaining it to the supervisor (i cant do refunds) she just kept interupting me and correcting me, even though i was right. It was 6pm.. ///Rant over.
So now i dont have another day off til next friday. But i get a 3 day weekend, i'm going to go watch Wigan vs Chelsea in both their first games of the new Premiership football season.
I will also be looking into transferring to the Nottingham Blacks for the start of september so i can go back and get out of this place
Not that i dont like being home.. i'm just a bit bored.
Spare time filler of the moment:
The Rockstar Game a game i used to play a few years ago has recently reimmerged so i'm playing that again.. just about to release my first single.. oh the excitement..
Anything else? nah that'll do i never really had anything to say in the first place.

ROCK AND ROLL!!!!
I have never done a solo karaoke (thankfully). I've only ever done karaoke 4 times.
1st - GinaG -ooh ah just a little bit - this was with about 10 other girls and it was when i ws about 10, so perhaps it doesn't really count.
2nd - Loveshack - with my friend Jodie. it was both of our first week in a new college. we were in fancy dress (her a school girl, me a devil [pvc hotpants and a red corset]). i tried to sing the "man" part, it was appalling. truely awful.
3rd - Air hostess - we've heard this story already
4th - same night with my friend Zoe, the song was "Shania Twain - That Don't impress me much" - need I say more
I'm never talking about karaoke again. oh the terrible memories.
