Thank you all for the birthday wishes. I appreciate it. I had a chance to go out on Saturday. Plus I had the weekend off. So it was all good.

I was taken out to dinner at Lalo's. Great freaking margaritas there. They are huge. I had a regular size one & was getting a buzz & didn't even fisnish it. Afterwards we headed over to Hogs n Honey's & I rode the mechanical bull. Yup that's right, that was a lot of fun. Stayed there for a while then headed over to the Tequila Roadhouse. I've never been there before & they played great music. Had a blast there & then called it a night. Ended up getting home at like 5am & didn't even realize it was that late. Time flies when you are having fun.

I did meet this guy that turns out he lives here in my neighborhood. And that his birthday was Saturday a day before mine. It's pretty funny how sociable you become when you're out drinking.
My friend's wife joined us saturday. And she's becoming a good friend of ours as well. Funny thing is that the small group of us loves this guy. So whenever a guy came up & starting hitting on his wife we were all ready to pounce on them. She wasn't bothered by this at all, she was more amused than anything. She's like you're all like my big brothers. There was one guy who I pushed off of her. He was being kind of rude & bumped into her "accidentally" twice. Came back around & starting dancing with her real close. So I pushed him back with my hand on his forehead. So I told the guy she's married leave her alone. Then told him don't take it the wrong way. Told him I would buy him a shot cause he was from the same part of Mexico as myself. Well the guy was appearantly so "scared" of me that he bought me the shot instead.

I mean come on, what a sissy. Why would you be scared of a girl. When it all comes down to it he could of kicked my ass. But that was definitely the funniest moment of the night. Gave me an ego boost.


So I'll be back at work tonight. Hopefully it'll be an easy night. Interesting fact: Yesterday was my youngest brother's birthday too. He turned 18. Yes we share a birthday & mom says we were born around the same time too. How weird is that?
