Hey it's Friday & the sun is shinning & it's soo pretty outside.
So I did a 24 hour shift on Wednesday. Had to do some ride along & had to work the night shift. Thankfully I got a chance to get some sleep during the night. So the shift wasn't as bad as it could of been. Plus the fact that the first 12 hours I was with a good friend of mine. Made the day go by a lot quicker.

I have a funny story. One of the guys I was with the first 12 hours, Harim, was low on cash. I mean pretty much broke. So we headed to this pizza place & I offered to buy him a slice of pizza. I go in & order 2 slices of pepperoni & a bag of fries. I go to get my money & realize I had forgotten mine at home. So I told the girl nevermind, as I'm walking out I get called back in. The guy there said, hey don't worry about it take the food. I told him I'd go back & pay him for the food later on this week. So we got free food, how cool is that. So Harim goes, well since you didn't buy lunch are you gonna buy dinner?
What a smart ass, of course he was joking though.

I went out to dinner last night to Giordano's. Great pizza place. I took a friend of mine out dinner cause her b-day was Monday. She's getting married in October & I'm gonna be one of her bridesmaids. I've never done that & I'm not too big on wearing dresses. I prefer skirts actually. But the dress she picked out is actually very simple & classy, I like it. So I've gotta go sometime next week to go get measured.

This Sunday is the start of baseball season for some teams. Oh yeah, the Yankees & Red Sox start off the season against each other. And I am off & I'm gonna watch the game. I'm going to the Sox season opener with my brother Monday. Hopefully it doesn't rain though. I'm soo happy baseball season is finally here.
