So I work tonight & I have a funny story. So I didnt get a chance to go to sleep til around noon. I worked last night. I had laundry to do & what not. I woke up at around 5 did a few things & got ready for work. Show up at work at 7:40 & I clock myself in. And what do I notice when I check to see what rig I'm gonna be in. I dont start work until 10. Yup that's right I got to work 2 hours early. That's what I get for not checking to see what time I started. I could of gotten some more sleep in earlier. So I came back some since I'm only like 8 minutes from work.

Well needless to say my Friday was shot. My dinner plans fell through at the last minute. But it all worked out cause I ended up getting called into work. I got some overtime, which I can use the extra cash.

So a good friend of mine got a letter saying he is going to start the fire academy on the 1st of April. He will be working for the city fire department. Which is awesome cause they work 24 hours & are off 3 days before they're back again. So on average you work 2 days a week. How awesome is that?!
I myself am still waiting to take the physical for the city. But I know all good things come in time. But we are going to go out & celebrate later on this week.

Hope everyone had a good weekend. I'm gonna go eat some dinner before heading back to work.

i painted the living room a greyish-blue on two walls, and a beige on the other two. and then carried the beiged down thru the dinning area and hallway. the master bedroom is a green and im not sure i like it, but ill have to wait until i get my bedroom furniture all set up in there with my spiffy new comforter and all that to see how it looks. i hope it grows on me.
