I'm pretty upset, right now. My call center job offers incentive bonuses if you meet all criteria, including the average time in which the call is handled. Yesterday, I was approved for a $250 bonus.
Today, it was taken away because of one second. Literally, one effing second that I was off in my AHT.
Fuuuuuuuuuuck.
