Seven smokeless days and the anger is subsiding.
I even get to shoot with Missy tomarrow. This has got to be one of the best rewards for being good a sg could ever get! hehe

4 days without a smoke. Quitting is sooo fucking hard. My head feels cloudy, I wish I could think more clearly. I really hope this works, the longest I have ever gone without a smoke was about 6 months. I have chewed about 4 packs of gum. madness.

get some "australian chewing sticks " from your local hippie store. also known as tea tree oil toothpicks. they taste good; give you nice, minty breath; and will keep your mouth and hands occupied. plus you get to look cool like chow yun fat in hard boiled.
