I bought stamps today. They're stickers now?! For some reason, it *never* occurred to me that there could be any other method of adhering a stamp to an envelope than that nasty tasting glue. Good. Licking stamps takes forever, what with such a large surface area of my tongue being blocked by metal and all. (piercings, I'm not a cyborg, I swear) tongue

I started reading Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoyevsky recently. Normally when I start a 'classic' book, it takes me awhile to get into it. Quite often they end up being my favourites, but I usually have to force my way through the first 25% or so before it gets interesting. This is different. I can't even explain why, but it's sucked me in. The characters, so far, are so... strange. Mysterious. Marmeladov, for example, can go on and on with his story and he's still such a secret. *shrug* I imagine this will change as the story progresses, but I kind of hope it doesn't.

Too bad I won't get much time to read in the next few weeks. Exam hell. One Friday. Then one every day next week. whatever
