My ankle seems to be better. Which means I'll probably stay out and dance too much tonight, which is what i suspect hurt it last time. What?! Dancing!?

I went to an interesting party last night.. the theme was 'porn stereotypes'. Heh. There was a (very pretty) play boy bunny, a 70's style get up, a porn site (that one was good!)... because I suck, I took the lame way out and went as a... suicide girl. Anyway, it was fun, and much tamer than one would expect from a party with such a theme, haha. Lots of good conversation I also saw an old friend I hadn't seen for years, which was awesome too.

This week was.. well.. stressful! I barely took lunches or breaks (just long enough to eat) and stayed late.. I was having a really hard time with the bug (I'm a software developper ) I was working on, and it was taking me FAR longer than it should have. I'm getting so behind at work... I'm not very fast at it, and I greatly underestimate the time it will take me. True, I'm a student (co-op), and I'm sure they expect me to have some trouble, but I still feel bad. Ah well, by time I left friday I'd gotten through it.. and I'm pretty proud of it! It's a damn good thing I love what I do... otherwise stress like that would be a lot harder on me.

Tonight is a birthday party at one bar for a friend of mine (my new photographer actually! I should be getting my pictures from him tonight!), and a going away party ( ) for a really neat girl at another. Luckily, the two bars are side by side, so I can do both.

Bush protests next week. I hope it goes well.
