KMFDM last night. Awesome show. Especially for a band who's music I'm not that fond of. 
The openers, DJ? Acucrack, were even better, and the sound was more to my liking. Maybe not my first choice to put on at home (a bit too loud, uniform beats) but it was good, and perfect for dancing. I stayed out of the pit once the headliners came on though... ouch. I used to be in there thrashing around when I was a teenager.. but now, I fear for my life (and my geek boutique pants, heh). Then again, at 15 I was moshing to Green Day with a bunch of other kids, whereas this was a pit of angry rivet types.
I went to Montreal this weekend to visit some friends. We didn't do much, but it was great.. I missed them. Now, I've been meaning to go for awhile anyway, but I chose that particular weekend in the hopes I'd meet up with photogrrl. Didn't end up happening, too bad!
I've been so lazy lately. Currently the kitchen is a black bean and kombu soup disaster.. and here I am slouched in this chair typing this.. It's 11... I should get with the cleaning, and get some sleep.. I'm still tired from last night, heh.
But, you know.

I think you're right taking a party break for a bit, we don't want to be too worn out before Halloween weekend.
