I love you, new computer.
1.67 GHz CPU, 512MB of RAM, 120GB harddrive... it kicks my old PIECE OF SHIT computer right out the window! I can.. get this.. download movies! Run Photoshop and other bigger programs without pulling out a book to pass the time! Use a res higher than 800x600! *dances*
Things are going fantabulously in other areas too. I'm making such progress at work (extentions to an AWEFUL ColdFusion application) - sure, I encounter little problems here and there, but no major set backs..
I intended to go to a show Tuesday (Mlada Fronta + some others), but decided not to go because I'd have to leave so early.. not worth the cover. Heh, I chose being well rested the next day over a show - I feel so... old.
Yup, the ripe old age of 20. Bah. But I had a great time that evening with some friends who were also too broke/'old' to go to the show, so it was alright. 
I'm going to a dinner party this weekend, with a german theme. Oh, fucking great. The vegan in the country of MEAT! S'ok, I'll make something delicious like cabbage rolls or latkes and hoard them all for myself. I can forgive Germany for it's freaking abundance of meat dishes, though, because they make some damn good beer. Mmm, Beck's. Mmm.

Arggh.. I soo need a new computer too.. mine is pissing me off at the moment.. trying to run photoshop and illustrator is just not happening!! Hope the dinner party went... just try to drink all the beer then you won't need the food.. hehe.. I was a vegetarian when I went there, and there was meat everywhere.. very hard to find a good meal!!
